Jo Bo-ah, drawing a line against Rowoon’s straight line
Jo Bo-ah drew a line against Rowoon.

In the 8th episode of JTBC's Wednesday-Thursday drama 'This Love is Force Majeure', which aired on the 14th, Jang Shin-yu (played by Rowoon), who realized his feelings, was shown conveying his true feelings to Lee Hong-jo (played by Jo Bo-ah). In addition, the 'black magic book' found at the site of the shrine where they visited to seal the wooden box, and the dolls that cursed Lee Hong-jo and Jang Shin-yu were shocking.

On this day, Jang Shin-yu was sure of her feelings for Lee Hong-jo. Just as the sudden kiss was about to deepen, Li Hong-jo, embarrassed, pushed Jang Shin-yu away. Lee Hong-jo was angry at Jang Shin-yu for not giving any answer to the question of whether he broke up with Yoon Na-yeon (played by Yura). When Jang Shin-yu asked, “Honestly, have you never been shaken by me?” Lee Hong-jo turned away and said that he had never been like that, and the cold look behind him complicated Jang Shin-yu’s mind. When Yoon Na-yeon asked her to at least make an excuse, Jang Shin-yu admitted that she was attracted to Lee Hong-jo.

Lee Hong-jo began to draw a line with Jang Shin-yu. He refused personal meetings and only visited Jang Shin-yu for work-related matters. Jang Shin-yu also responded crookedly to his adamance that even the kiss was not a big deal, dismissing it as a 'mistake' and telling her not to contact him via personal cell phone in the future. It was sad to see the two people starting to diverge again.

Jang Shin-yu went to visit the shaman Eunwol (played by Kim Hye-ok) with a wooden box. “There is no such thing as a fate that cannot be broken,” Jang Shin-yu tried to leave the wooden box behind, but Eun-wol caught him, saying there was only one way. If you put the wooden box back in its original place, everything will be in order, but if you don't, bad luck will befall you. Also, upon hearing that the wooden box should be buried by its owner, Jang Shin-yu and Lee Hong-jo headed to the site of a shrine on Mt. Onju.

Lee Hong-jo and Jang Shin-yu once again faced an unexpected situation. Lee Hong-jo, who dropped the wooden box, discovered the hidden 'Black Magic Book', and a cursed doll made of straw was waiting for the two at the site of the shrine. The cursed doll was wearing the pajamas that Hongjo Lee had lost. The two people were shocked to see a piece of paper with the name 'Jang Shin-yu' written on it nailed to the doll's chest.

As a series of unusual incidents occurred, Jang Shin-yu set out to find the culprit. From the 'hidden camera' photo that arrived at Na-yeon Yoon to Lee Hong-jo's pajamas worn by the cursed doll, Lee Hong-jo's anxiety grew. The two promised a fake date to catch the criminal. Jang Shin-yu reassured Lee Hong-jo, who was busy looking around during the date, and relaxed by talking honestly. The mood of the two people, who had only bumped into each other after kissing, had suddenly changed.

Lee Hong-jo asked Jang Shin-yu the reason for the kiss last night. Jang Shin-yu's sincere confession, "I can't control myself when I look at Lee Hong-jo," shook Lee Hong-jo again. In the end, Lee Hong-jo revealed his bad relationship with Yoon Na-yeon and said that he did not want to be a woman who steals other people's men, saying, "Don't do anything. “Don’t get any closer,” he said, firmly pushing him away. Jang Shin-yu had no choice but to accept this.

Meanwhile, Jang Shin-yu visited the Green Landscape Garden again. Jang Shin-yu, who was looking at the locked flower garden, looked back at the unusual sign of popularity, and Jung-beom Later was standing there. The sight of him holding a large pair of scissors created anxiety. Jang Shin-yu asked him directly about the missing straw bale, and the cool look in Jungbeom Later's eyes as he approached Jang Shin-yu gave him goosebumps. In addition, the news that Jang Shin-yu had taken sick leave without knowing when he would return and the suspicious shadow chasing Lee Hong-jo heightened the sense of crisis.
