Hyejin Han reveals beginner exercise routine


Model Han Hye-jin told us about her exercise routine.

On the 13th, a video was posted on the YouTube channel 'Han Hye-jin' with the title 'Go to the gym and just do this (Han Hye-jin routine)'.

Han Hye-jin said, "After posting the first video, I read all the comments without exception. More than 70-80% said they were watching it while lying down or eating. I completely understand that feeling. I also don't enjoy exercising every day."

Hyejin Han presented an efficient exercise method for fitness beginners. He explained, "The beginner routine at the gym is a little special. You perform all the movements from beginning to end and then do them again for the first time for a total of 3 sets."

He added, "I created the routine after careful consideration with a trainer who has been working out with me for a very long time, so I hope many people will follow it. The name is 'Full Body Circulation Exercise for Beginners at the Gym.'"

Hyejin Han started warming up before exercising. You have to warm up before every weight. Hyejin Han explained, “It softens the joints a little and generates heat in the body to prevent injuries.”

Hyejin Han directly demonstrated exercise movements for front thighs, hips & back thighs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, hips & waist, sides, abdomen, and core. After finishing the exercise, he said, "I showed you a gym routine for those who are just starting to exercise."

Han Hye-jin emphasized, "I showed today's routine in this order, but when you go to the gym and follow this routine, if someone else is exercising on the next exercise machine, you can go to the empty machine and do another exercise first."

He also asked, "Just trust me and try it just once. You don't have to do it 15 times. Just try it for 3 sets."
