On the 20th, the Seoul Western District Court held a trial for Park Soo-hong's older brother and his wife, who were indicted on charges of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (embezzlement).

Previously, Park Soo-hong sued his brother and his wife on charges of embezzlement in April 2021. It was revealed that his older brother falsely calculated labor costs of 1.9 billion won and withdrew 2.9 billion won from Park Soo-hong's office without permission. In addition, circumstances of embezzlement of public funds were detected, such as misappropriating 1.17 billion won to purchase a building or paying 180 million won of company operating funds with a personal credit card. Park Soo-hong's older brother has been arrested on these charges.
In the third trial, the prosecution called five witnesses. We asked whether the witnesses were aware of Park Soo-hong's agency Media Boom and Rael, and whether they knew people who worked there.
Among them, the stylist said, "I don't know whether Park Soo-hong pays with a card or cash, or whether he stops by the bank." The manager said, “I have never seen Park Soo-hong give gifts, gift certificates, or food. He mainly used corporate cards to settle the settlement.”
What is worth paying attention to at this day's trial was the position of the lawyers for the older brother and his wife. The prosecution raised the 'reference to Kim Da-ye' as a secondary offense. Despite the fierce legal battle, no conclusion was reached. The revelation requested Park Soo-hong as the next witness. The next due date is March 15th. The fight between brothers will continue.
