Recently, a video titled ‘Making onion soup that makes restaurants envious’ was posted on Nayoung Kim’s YouTube channel ‘No Filter TV’.
In the video, Kim Na-young said, "I haven't returned from France yet. I'm still staying in France," and "I still have a French cold, and it's really bad. I caught it hard."
He continued, "When I go to a restaurant, I always order a dish. I'm going to try onion soup, a dish I order on cold days. I looked at the recipe and wondered why I haven't made it before. I feel the same way when I put this on the table."
Kim Na-young said she had an impatient personality and said, "I have never succeeded in caramelizing. My personality shows in the duck," and added, "All calm people show up in cooking," as she diligently stir-fried onions.
He said, “No matter what you do, there are people who measure everything and there are people who do it by eye,” adding, “I do whatever I feel like at the time. I play P.”
Kim Na-young poured chicken stock broth into the fried onions, stir-fried them again, put them in a bowl, added baguette bread, covered the opening with cheese, and baked it in the oven.
Kim Na-young, who ate the completed onion soup, exclaimed, "It tastes just like a restaurant in Cheongdam-dong. Oh, there's really nothing special. It's just hard work."
Kim Na-young asked herself, "It's a cold medicine. How can this be possible?" and commented, "We should sell this. I think it should cost around 15 euros."
