Actress Han Ga-in laughed, saying she had to film more in rural areas than her husband Yeon Jeong-hoon.
In JTBC's 'Handless Day', which aired on the afternoon of the 21st, Shin Dong-yup and Han Ga-in decided to move to a wild animal rescue center in Yesan, South Chungcheong Province.
On this day, Shin Dong-yup said about Han Ga-in, who continued to film in rural areas, "I feel sorry for the children. Dad (Yeon Jeong-hoon) continues to travel all over the country, and suddenly mom is also traveling to rural areas. The children ask, 'What is this?' “I think I’ll be surprised,” he worried.
In response, Han Ga-in joked and said, “I’m sorry, guys. Mom and Dad are in trouble.” He added, "Actually, I travel to the countryside more than my husband these days. My husband shoots once every two weeks, but we shoot once a week, right? I think I go to all of them, whether it's Gyeongnam, Jeonnam, or Chungnam."
Shin Dong-yeop said, “This is my first time traveling to local areas so often while broadcasting. But it was healing to come to local areas and meet various people while filming ‘A Day Without Hands.’” Han Ga-in also agreed, saying, “It feels like I’m traveling too.”
Meanwhile, Kim Bong-gyun of the center explained, “Most citizens contact us when they accidentally find injured animals and we go there.” When Han Ga-in said, "It's similar to animal 119," Kim Bong-gyun compared it by saying, "It's similar to 119 and it's similar to an emergency room."
Mr. Bong-gyun continued, "I have experience treating it for 3 years and returning it to nature. The damage to the feather was severe. It was an eagle owl. It may not be able to fly at all due to damage to the feather. We sometimes change the feather artificially, but that friend's feather was that bad. "There wasn't any left. I had no choice but to grind it myself. So I had no choice but to wait," he answered.
Then, after a long rehabilitation, a photo of an eagle owl that was able to fly again and returned to nature was released, capturing attention.
In addition, Shin Dong-yup and Han Ga-in had time to learn about why wild animals should be protected.
