Kim Mi-kyung, the ‘problem son of the rooftop’, claimed that 50s is the right age to get married.
Star instructor Kim Mi-kyung appeared on KBS2's 'Problem Son of the Rooftop', which aired on the 22nd.
Kim Mi-kyung drew attention by summarizing that the suitable age for marriage is '50s.' Regarding the best time to get married, Kim Mi-kyung surprised the members by saying, "Song Eun-i's age is the perfect age to get married." He said, "50 is the age when you learn the most about yourself. We make the most important decisions in life in our 20s and 30s when we are the youngest and know nothing." MCs Song Eun-i, Kim Sook, Kim Jong-guk, and Min Kyung-hoon, who are single, felt shocked and moved at the same time.
Kim Mi-kyung also emphasized when one should not get married, "You should not get married when you are lonely or have no money. When you are lonely, your standards for seeing people are broken, so you end up meeting anyone." He also gave realistic advice, saying, "When you don't have money, you meet someone who will fill in your shortcomings, so you have no choice but to look up at the other person from the floor. Those you marry should look at each other directly."
Kim Mi-kyung strongly opposed the ‘transit love’ trend that is popular these days. He said, “The most important thing after a breakup is not to stay in the place of the breakup, but to return home with myself.” “The worst thing to do is to meet someone else without knowing what you are doing,” he pointed out.
Kim Mi-kyung revealed that she once took Cheongsimhwan because of an MZ Generation employee. He said, “There was a time when I was very hurt,” and added, “My friends in their 40s, who I’ve been with for 10 to 15 years, are like older sisters to me, but these days, there are times when the MZ generation speaks without hesitation.”
Mi-kyung Kim said, "One time, we were having a meeting and I said, 'I will listen to you today.' Since no one said anything, I was talking and a 28-year-old male employee raised his hand. The employee said, 'He won't listen to us and only talks to the CEO.' “He said, ‘What kind of meeting is this? I only share the CEO’s opinion.’”
Kim Mi-kyung confessed, "It's true, but I was embarrassed. Even if other employees in their 40s thought the same thing, they spoke while looking at the situation and location. But because I was embarrassed, they were embarrassed and pretended to do something else." He then surprised everyone by saying, "I was shaking my hands under the desk, but on the outside I smiled and said, 'That's a very good opinion.' And the next day, I took Cheongsimhwan."
Kim Mi-kyung added, "The employee said, 'I'll take a 10-minute break and then come back with my opinions.' I was embarrassed at the time, but now he's my favorite employee."
