Sunye returns after 10 years and says "I'm sorry to my fans"

Sunye, a former member of the group Wonder Girls, expressed her feelings about returning after 10 years.

The JTBC entertainment program 'Knowing Brothers' (hereinafter referred to as 'My Brother'), which aired on the 18th, featured a special feature on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation girl group idols who became mothers.

On this day, Sunye expressed her apologies to her fans. He said, "I got married when I was 24. Of course, celebrities have lives and choices, but I also understand the feelings of fans."

He continued, "Isn't there a fan heart that wants my idol's shining moments to last forever? But when I got married, there was no communication channel. I still feel sorry to the fans."

Sunye expressed her commitment to activities, saying, "I was so grateful when I returned after a 10-year hiatus and met my fans again. I hope we can continue to exchange good energy in each other's lives."

She also talks about her experience with ‘home birth’ while she was married in Canada. Sunye said, "I got married to Canada and had a honeymoon baby. It was a big deal to become a mother right after getting married, but in Canada, like in Korea, there are no postpartum care centers. When I gave birth, I had to immediately pack my bags and go home, and I didn't want to do that." .

He added, "Fortunately, Canada has a well-established midwifery system called 'Midwife'. As long as the mother is healthy, she can give birth comfortably at home like a midwife."

Sunye said, "I had a really amazing experience. I was surprised when I saw my first stool after giving birth and wondered how such a small body could come out with so much stool. When I asked my wife, she said that it was a phenomenon in which the food eaten in the womb was expelled at once. Meconium. “It was,” he said, explaining the surprising anecdote.
