The first scene stills from tvN's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Family', showing off Jang Na-ra's side as the wife who is number one in the family (a strong expert who hides her strength), have been released.
'Family', which will be aired for the first time on April 17th, is a thrilling family shooting espionage comedy about a husband who is a black agent of the National Intelligence Service who disguises his identity as an ordinary office worker and his sweet and bitter wife who dreams of a perfect family. EP (Executive Producer) Jang Jeong-do, who has executive produced a number of hit films such as the dramas 'Live', 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim', 'The Man Who Became King', 'Our Blues', 'Embrace', and 'The Island', is directing. This is the fourth work with Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara.
In the drama, Jang Na-ra takes on the role of Kang Yu-ra, a 9th dan housewife who is the highest ranking person in her family. Kang Yu-ra is a smart wife who fills in the weaknesses of her husband Kwon Do-hoon (played by Jang Hyuk), and shows off the appearance of a powerful person who works hard for her family. Jang Na-ra will show off her delicious marital chemistry with her trustworthy partner, Jang Hyuk.
In the released still, Kang Yoo-ra is in a tense standoff with her husband Kwon Do-hoon in the bedroom, with her back turned. When Kang Yu-ra shows a fierce tiger-like look in her heart as if piercing her heart with a smileless expression, Kwon Do-hoon appears unable to move. With just one still, you can clearly see the hierarchy in the family of Kang Yu-ra, who always holds on to her husband, Kwon Do-hoon.
In another still, Kang Yoo-ra catches everyone's attention as she sits alone with her father-in-law, Kwon Woong-soo (Lee Soon-jae), face to face. Unlike when dealing with her husband Kwon Do-hoon, Kang Yu-ra's expression with a sweet smile shows her deep affection for her father-in-law Kwon Woong-soo. Moreover, beyond the relationship between daughter-in-law and father-in-law, the two people seem to be close friends, making even the viewers smile.
In this way, Kang Yoo-ra will not only control Kwon Do-hoon, the black agent of One Shot, One Kill, within the family, but will also protect the center of the family based on her father-in-law's strong faith and trust. Expectations are rising for the performance of Jang Na-ra, who will play Kang Yu-ra, the number one person in the family, and show off her powerful side.
