Actor Song Il-gook revealed that he is currently living apart from his judge's wife.

Song Il-gook, Jang Hyun-seong, and Hong Ji-min appeared as guests on the SBS entertainment show 'Shoes Off and Single for Men' (hereinafter referred to as 'Single for Men'), which aired on the 28th.

Song Il-gook revealed that his wife is currently working in Suncheon. Song Il-gook said, "My wife was recently assigned to Suncheon. The principle is that the whole family moves together, but I couldn't go because of the musical. This is the first time we are living apart." When asked how he felt, Song Il-gook couldn't hide his laughter as he said, "It's only been two weeks, but I'm getting closer. I miss you." Kim Jun-ho joked, “If you divorce a judge, will the judge prepare everything?” Tak Jae-hoon laughed and said, “Won’t you make an unfavorable ruling?”

Song Il-gook said that the triplets “are in Seoul with me.” When asked if there were times when he was scared of his wife, Song Il-gook sighed and said, "On the rare occasion when she does something wrong, she completely scolds me. What I'm always dissatisfied with is that my wife is really cold. Her speech is the same. I only show cuteness twice a year." “The opportunity to see it is when you make something 100% wrong. That’s the only time that kind of cuteness comes out,” he confessed. Regarding how it feels to be the husband of a judge's wife, he said, "First of all, I can't fight. My job itself involves intervening in other people's fights and judging them, so I've never won."

Song Il-guk said that the moment he first saw his wife, he felt that ‘liberation had come to my life.’ He said, "The day I first met my wife on a blind date was Liberation Day. A reporter from the entertainment department set me up on a blind date. It was when 'Jumong' was recording about 50% viewership ratings. My wife was in a daze at the time, so she refused a few times. So we decided to meet. “We met because August 15th happened to be a day when I had no filming, and we liked it, so we met at lunchtime and stayed until midnight,” he remembered of their first meeting. He continued, “As I was trying to get into a relationship, the writer at the time gave me the script late, so the script didn’t come out the next day.”

Song Il-gook said that he felt that his wife, who had a rational personality, liked him because of the location tracking app. Song Il-gook said, "There may be prejudices about celebrities, so I revealed everything about myself as soon as I met them. They even allowed me to track their location. What my wife didn't know at the time was that if she tracks my location, I would be notified. At 3 in the morning, “It kept ringing while I was filming. He came every 30 minutes, so I knew he liked me,” he said.

Song Il-gook revealed that he proposed at the Han River. He said, "I rented Namsan Tower on Christmas Eve. The date was approaching, but I couldn't do it that day. In the end, I gave it up to my younger brother and his wife. In the end, he proposed in a car near the Han River. I gave him a diamond ring. But he said yes on the spot. He didn't. He said he would think about it and took it. A few months later, on White Day, he returned it. I thought about all sorts of things, wondering if he had scolded me, but he asked me to put it in his hand," he said with a smile.

Song Il-gook also talked about his growing triplets. Song Il-gook laughed, saying, "When we order pizza, each person gets one large slice. That's why I couldn't even think about eating beef. I think my wife ordered some beef for the kids not long ago. Daehan said, 'What is this and is it so delicious?'" .

When asked if the three of them go to academies together, Song Il-gook said, "The eldest and eldest children go together because their skills are similar, but Manse didn't go to academies because he didn't like them. But at the recommendation of the teacher, I started going. Because I had to match my academic grades. I went to the academy and my grades went up. “I went. I did the best in the class and received the grand prize,” he boasted.
