With Blackpink Jisoo's solo debut just two days away, the music video teaser for her album's title song 'FLOWER' was released for the first time on the 29th.
Although it is only about 21 seconds long, it is receiving an explosive response as it contains sensuous visual beauty and a portion of the sound source that is attracting the attention of global music fans.
Solo artist Jisoo's presence itself is overwhelming. It boasted a strong attractive power with various auras such as a vague loneliness, elegant atmosphere, and fascinating charisma, continuously arousing admiration. The ability to perfectly wear colorful outfits also raised fans' expectations.
Here, the lyrical lyrics and melody of 'I left behind only the scent of flowers' on the minimalist arrangement combined with Jisoo's attractive voice caught the ear at once. As the gradually increasing sound created tension, a red flower bloomed between Jisoo's outstretched hands, raising curiosity about the performance she would show.
Meanwhile, Jisoo's debut solo album [ME] will be released on March 31st at 00:00 Eastern time in the US and 1:00 PM in Korean time. A total of two tracks are included, the title song ‘FLOWER’ and the b-side song ‘All Eyes On Me’. The music video was filmed in all locations overseas, investing the largest production budget ever for Blackpink.
Jisoo will meet fans first through 'Countdown Live' on Blackpink's YouTube channel starting at 12 PM (KST) on this day, an hour before the album's release. We plan to tell a variety of stories, including the introduction of new songs and the story behind the music video.
