Actress Lee Young-ran appeared as a client in MBN's 'One More Check Time' broadcast on the 17th.
On this day's broadcast, Kim Kook-jin said, "I heard that you conquered famous mountains not only in Korea but also overseas to receive good energy." Youngran Lee visited Mt. Geumgang, Mt. Hallasan, Mt. Jiri, Poon Hill in Nepal, and Tibet. Youngran Lee explained, "I went to a mountaineering school when I was over 50. I learned rock climbing and ice climbing. It's a place where I train by cantering at 5 a.m. while carrying a 6kg backpack."
Lee Young-ran said, "I went to Nepal and Tibet because a teacher from a mountaineering school said he was going to attack Lobzekang Peak, so I followed him. After going to the base camp, I trekked for a week, including the Poon Hill Observatory. I walk 11 hours a day for a week. In Korea too, “There are three mountains. I climbed Seoraksan, Jiri, and Hallasan.”
Lee Young-ran, who prided herself on being a mountaineer in the past, is now 70 years old. Lee Young-ran emphasized, "On what basis do you call me 70? Even after this, I am 69.6 years old. My birthday is in September." Regarding the reason for appearing on 'One More Check Time', Lee Young-ran said, "I have been taking hyperlipidemia medication for 4-5 years. I am worried that I might have a stroke or myocardial infarction due to my blood vessels. I am managing my physical strength through exercise, but I am taking care of my blood vessels. “What should I do?” he explained.
Youngran Lee was diagnosed with pre-diabetes as a result of a health checkup. He expressed his concerns, saying, "I came out because I was worried. I'm worried about my blood vessels, and shouldn't I prevent diabetes? How can I prevent it?" Lee Young-ran says she can’t give up sweet food. Suji Lee said, “You seem to be complacent, so you need to manage it.”
