On the 27th, Interpark announced the results of the Golden Ticket Awards, which celebrated its 17th anniversary this year. The Golden Ticket Awards is Korea's best performance awards ceremony with the longest history in the performing arts industry.
This year, the target audience was 11,835 performances performed from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023. The total number of online votes cast as of April 12 was approximately 725,000.
As a result of combining Interpark ticket sales and online voting, 'Psy's Show SUMMER SWAG 2022', which showed the highest ticket power, won the grand prize. The Best Performance Award was given to ‘Moulin Rouge!’ in the musical category. The Asian premiere, 'The Helmet' in the theater category, '14th Seoul Jazz Festival 2022' in the festival category, and 'Joe Hisaishi Film Music Concert' in the classical category were honored with awards.
A total of 96 artists competed in the portrait category. In the male musical actor category, Kim Junsu of 'Death Note' and 'Elisabeth' won the trophy, and in the musical female actor category, Shin Youngsook of 'Rebecca' won the trophy. Kim Do-bin and Kim Joo-yeon of ‘The Helmet’ were selected as theater actors. Singer Psy won the Domestic Concert Musician Award, and composer Joe Hisaishi won the Classical Artist Award for the second year in a row.
