Commemorating the 10th anniversary of ‘Nahonsan’, a trip to Mongolia begins, up to 10.7%

'Rainbow 10th Anniversary Package Tour in Mongolia', prepared by Jeon Hyun-moo of 'I Live Alone' and transformed into a 'radish guide', has begun.

In MBC's 'I Live Alone', which aired on the 12th, eight members of Rainbow, including Jeon Hyun-moo, Park Na-rae, and Kim Gwang-gyu, were depicted going on a package trip to Mongolia.

According to Nielsen Korea, 'I Live Alone', which aired today, ranked first in its time slot with an audience rating of 8.7% (based on the metropolitan area). The 2049 viewership rating, which is a key indicator for advertising officials and a key indicator of channel competitiveness, was 4.0% (based on the metropolitan area), ranking first among Friday entertainment programs. The best minute was 'Palm Oil Line's Jeon Hyun-moo and Lee Jang-woo's in-flight meal eating show (23:36), which recorded 10.7%.

Jeon Hyun-moo, who announced a large-scale project to commemorate the 10th anniversary of 'I Live Alone', packed everything from suitcases to cameras and compasses and arrived at the airport early in the morning. He said, "'I Live Alone' has received a lot of love over the past 10 years, and I think we need to celebrate it properly in order to receive even more love in the future. We have prepared everything that Rainbow members could not even imagine."

The destination for Jeon Hyun-moo's 10th anniversary trip was Mongolia. He introduced the 'Rainbow 10th Anniversary Package Tour in Mongolia', saying, "It seems like Mongolia, a country that is close but far away, has not been there and is mysterious to everyone. Also, these days, the MZ generation goes on customized package tours."

Rainbow members, including Kim Gwang-gyu, who was part of the history of 'I Live Alone', and 'Martial Artist' Lee Joo-seung, appeared one by one at the meeting place. Once everyone gathered, the Rainbow members collected their dues and selected a secretary to manage it. The 'Power Planning (J)' key was chosen for general affairs, which require meticulousness.

Jeon Hyun-moo transformed into a ‘radish guide’ and impressed the members by gifting them a carrier name tag. He immediately transformed into 'Mutographer' (Jeon Hyun-moo + Photographer) and set out to take commemorative photos of the Rainbow 10th Anniversary Package Tour, but he did not know how to operate the camera, which drew complaints from the members. During the 3 hour and 30 minute flight, they expressed their excitement about the trip by chatting and taking pictures. Palmuse Jeon Hyun-moo and Lee Jang-woo had a blast eating in-flight meals.

At the Mongolian airport, a local guide whom Jeon Hyun-moo had recruited in advance held a sign welcoming 'Jeon Hyun-moo and 7 others'. Rainbow members expressed their admiration at the exotic scenery that unfolded as soon as they left the airport, saying, “Wow,” and “This is my first time seeing an airport view where you can see horses as soon as you get off.” The Purgong, an off-road specialized van prepared for travel to Mongolia, also satisfied everyone.

The first course of the package tour is the Narangtol traditional market in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Palmuse Jeon Hyun-moo, Park Na-rae, and Lee Jang-woo were shocked to hear that there was no street food in the traditional market and called for a boycott, causing laughter. I looked around the vast market in earnest. First, if “Mongolia means wrestling,” it made up the wish list of Kian84, who wanted to buy clothes to wear when wrestling.

Also, Park Na-rae and Key started wearing traditional Mongolian clothing called del. When the two saw the colorful clothes, they were like children in toy heaven. Lee Jang-woo also wore traditional costumes with a force that would have commanded the world. Jeon Hyun-moo was satisfied with wearing clothes featuring colorful patterns and said, “Let’s do the Kian84 Fashion Battle again,” making people burst into laughter.

The eight rainbow members, wearing eight-color traditional Mongolian costumes, headed to the supermarket to fulfill Lee Jang-woo's wish list: "I want to cook and eat delicious lamb." Lee Jang-woo discussed his opinions with Key, who is good at cooking, and quickly purchased the necessary ingredients.

Then, Purgong carrying the eight rainbow people stopped in front of a ger-type food stall. At this time, the members enjoyed the great nature of Mongolia unfolding before their eyes. Kim Gwang-gyu and Park Na-rae danced freely to the flowing music. As Kian84 and Lee Jang-woo watched this, they were reminded of a famous scene from director Bong Joon-ho's movie 'Mother'. Mongolian-style dumpling Hoshor tickled the taste buds of eight rainbow people. Key said, "It's a food that Koreans can't not like," and Jeon Hyun-moo drew attention by exclaiming, "No. 1."

The Rainbow 8 showed polarizing reactions as they started off-roading. The young people's car with Park Na-rae and Lee Jang-woo in it was enjoyed as if it were an amusement ride, but the elderly car with Jeon Hyun-moo and Kim Gwang-gyu in it made a loud noise and screamed. Kim Gwang-gyu screamed, “What kind of 10th anniversary is this? Let’s think about what we did wrong during the 10th anniversary.” Jeon Hyun-moo then responded, “I couldn’t get married,” causing laughter.

When I arrived at the accommodation where Mongolian-style ger tents were gathered in a deserted grassland, I met Mongolian nomads for the first time. Jeon Hyun-moo expressed his admiration, saying, “If I hadn’t come to Mongolia, I would never have seen a scene like this in my life. I’ve never seen this kind of vision since I was born.” Lee Jang-woo said, “It is a place that makes me feel like I am an insignificant being in front of nature.”

The Rainbow 8 entered the ger in order of age according to Mongolian etiquette and learned traditional greetings. I also ate wheat flour bread, birchuk, and Sute tea, a treat that felt warm and Mongolian-style. Afterwards, as darkness fell, they were depicted looking together in admiration at the night sky of Mongolia, where stars began to shine, raising curiosity about their next journey.

Next week's second episode of 'Rainbow 10th Anniversary Package Tour in Mongolia' will feature the Rainbow 8 enjoying Mongolia, a country with great nature and tradition, including a never-ending 10th anniversary party.
