Girl group Espa will attend the 76th Cannes International Film Festival.
Espa has been working as an official ambassador for the jewelry brand Chopard since last year. At the invitation of Chopard co-president and art director Caroline Scheufele, I attended this year's Cannes International Film Festival.
Carina, Winter, Giselle, and Ningning are scheduled to attend the event wearing pieces from the Red Carpet Collection, a high jewelry collection. It is noteworthy that for the first time since the founding of the Cannes Film Festival, a K-POP group is attending the event. Espa's red carpet appearance is expected to arouse great interest locally.
Chopard, which has been an official partner of the Cannes International Film Festival since 1998, not only provides various support to the Cannes International Film Festival, including designing and producing the Palme d'Or awarded at the Grand Prix, but also hosts major events.
In particular, since the 60th Cannes International Film Festival in 2007, Caroline Scheufele has been presenting a high jewelry collection called the Red Carpet Collection every year to make actors on the red carpet shine even more.
A total of seven Korean films were invited to the non-competitive section of the 76th Cannes International Film Festival, which opened on the 16th and began its 12-day journey.
