Actor Ryu Seung-beom appeared in the 194th episode of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block', which aired on the 17th, in the 'Life and Death Decision' special feature.

Ryu Seung-beom, who appeared on a variety show for the first time in 15 years, honestly talked about his current situation, the filmography he has accumulated so far, and his future plans. Ryu Seung-beom, who debuted in the entertainment industry with his older brother Ryu Seung-wan's 'Dead or Bad', captivated the public with his realistic and 'raw' acting in 'Death and Life Decision', 'Unfair Trade', and 'Berlin'. Then, all of a sudden, I left for a foreign country. He gave the reason that he needed a 'rest' and felt like he had lost the 'purity' of acting.

During his trip to Bali, where he went surfing, Ryu Seung-beom met his life partner. Seungbeom Ryu is said to have liked his wife, a Slovakian painter, at first sight when he met her in Bali.

Ryu Seung-beom said, "There was a time when I spent some time in Bali because I wanted to learn how to surf. It was when the sun was going down and I was surfing. There was a place like a big rock, and tourists would come and watch the sunset and drink beer. That's where I met my wife. “I saw it. My heart just skipped a beat,” he recalled.

Ryu Seung-beom said, "This is my first experience like that, but I couldn't talk to someone. I usually go and talk to someone if I like them." It is said that Ryu Seung-beom asked an acquaintance who happened to be surfing for help, saying, "Brother, please help me. I really want to have a cup of coffee with that person." Then, his older brother was also an artist, so he invited me to his house and we had coffee together. “I have art at home and my wife is also an artist, so it was natural for us to talk about it,” he said.

Ryu Seung-beom said, "It was 2016, so we were separated for a year and a half after we first met. Three months after we met, he had to return to Slovakia." He continued, "I stopped contacting him. I thought about him occasionally. But one day, that friend sent me a book. When I saw the book, I thought, 'I have to meet this person.' I went to Slovakia," and talked about the fateful meeting. did. He said, "We feel that love is love, but it's also fate. We feel it even as we live together."

Ryu Seung-beom currently lives in Slovakia with his wife and daughter, and often travels back and forth between Korea. Ryu Seung-beom expressed his desire to appear in broadcasts or works that his daughter could watch. He said, "One of the friends I met in Slovakia is an actor who does children's plays. Meeting that friend opened up my new thoughts. Isn't that literally a good thing? I think I want to appear in something like 'Kiss Kiss'." He also said, "I once showed my child some of my works, and he was very surprised because most of the time I hit him and there was blood. I want to do a work that my child can enjoy." He was also happy, saying, “It’s so good that I can’t express it in words these days.”

Ryu Seung-beom also recalled happy moments in his daily life. He said, "It's a small thing, but I have a small yard at home. I took the bicycle out of the storage, changed the chain, and aired the wheel, and my wife and child were laughing out loud. At that moment, I was overwhelmed and happy. I had a feeling that couldn't be expressed in words. “I learned from my family that I can be happy without anything,” he said.
