Im Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Sung-hoon, and Yang Dong-geun confirmed to join 'Squid Game' Season 2

Casting for season 2 of the Netflix series 'Squid Game' has been revealed.

The cast of 'Squid Game' season 2 was revealed at Netflix's global fan event Tudum held in Sao Paulo, Brazil on the 17th at 17:30 (local time).

In addition to the news of the return of Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-joon, and Gong Yoo, who were active in Season 1, in the video that was released as a surprise on the day, Im Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Sung-hoon, and Yang Dong-geun, who joined as new participants, appeared.

Not only the fans at the scene where the video was released, but also the numerous fans around the world who were watching Tudum via live broadcast cheered. In June of last year, director Hwang Dong-hyeok of 'Squid Game' drew the attention of fans around the world by announcing that Season 2 production was confirmed, saying, "We'll see you again with a new game and an amazing story."

Actor Lee Jung-jae, who won the Best Actor Award at the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards for Season 1 of 'Squid Game', returns to the role of Seong Ki-hoon. The lineup of new actors joining Season 2 was also revealed for the first time.
