Actress Lee Chung-ah expressed her feelings about working together with Park Kyu-young and Kang Min-hyuk in the Netflix series 'Celebrity'.
On the morning of the 26th, the Netflix series 'Celebrity' production presentation was held at the Naru Ballroom on the 2nd floor of MGallery Naru Hotel in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Actors Park Kyu-young, Kang Min-hyuk, Lee Chung-ah, Lee Dong-gun, Jeon Hyo-seong and director Kim Cheol-gyu attended the event.
'Celebrity' is the story of Ari (played by Park Kyu-young), who jumped into the world of money by becoming famous, and depicts the colorful and fierce faces of celebrities. We plan to unravel the exciting story of SNS, which is very close to our daily lives, and the influencers who reign there as emerging aristocrats.
In the play, Lee Chung-ah plays the role of Si-hyeon. Sihyeon is a natural celebrity who is more famous and influential than any other influencer even without social media.
On this day, Lee Chung-ah said about the reason for choosing 'Celebrity', "When I first saw the script, I thought it was like a very intense political drama, although the background was SNS and online. It's a story that anyone can relate to. The desire for power and fame online was infested, so I wanted to participate."
Regarding her impression of working with Park Kyu-young and Kang Min-hyuk, Lee Cheong-ah said, "I thought I was an elegant person, but I knew the truth. These friends (Park Gyu-young and Kang Min-hyuk) are free people. 'Sister' and then the shot went in, 'Was Minhyuk a conglomerate?'
