Seventeen, 10th mini album 'FML'... sold 6.2 million copies


Group Seventeen (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) set a phenomenal milestone with their 10th mini album 'FML'.

According to album distributor YG PLUS on the 5th, the sales of Seventeen's 10th mini album 'FML', released on April 24th, exceeded 6.2 million copies. As a result, 'FML' not only set a new sales record for Seventeen's own record in about two months after its release, but also became the best-selling album of all time as a K-pop single album. In particular, Seventeen is the first K-pop artist to exceed 6 million copies sold with a single album.

Seventeen is achieving remarkable results on various global charts with 'FML'. With 'FML', Seventeen became the only artist to exceed 3 million copies sold on the first day of release worldwide, and entered the Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200' chart (as of May 13) at No. 2, followed by 8 consecutive weeks. Staying on the chart, Seventeen's album set a new record, the longest charting on the Billboard 200.

In addition, 'FML' is a comprehensive album chart, 'Hot Albums' and 'Top Album Sales' on the Billboard Japan 2023 first half chart (counting period, November 28, 2022 - May 28, 2023). )' respectively, and also ranked 3rd in the '2023 first half album ranking' and '2023 first half album ranking' of 'Oricon first half ranking 2023', ranking highest among K-pop artists on each chart. It has proven Seventeen's hot popularity in Japan.
