KBS2's 'My Heart Beats' (directed by Lee Hyun-seok) achieved good results amid fierce competition among dramas.
'My Heart is Beating' is a drama with realistic and fantasy elements added to the 'dizzy life-threatening symbiosis romance' between half-human vampire Ok Taek-yeon (played by Seon Woo-hyeol) and human Won Ji-an (played by In-hae Joo).
'My heart beats' was ranked in the top 10 worldwide within two weeks of its first release. According to FlixPatrol, a global OTT service ranking aggregation site, 'My Heart Beats' was ranked within the top 10 overall in the Amazon Prime Video TV Show category. Also, as of July 6 (Wednesday), it ranked first in Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand, and continues to rank first in Malaysia since its opening.
According to RACOI, a broadcasting content value information analysis system of the Korea Communications Commission, main actors Won Ji-an and Ok Taek-yeon ranked first and second respectively in the overall ranking of drama performers surveyed for the 5th week of June (2023.06.26.~2023.07.02.) dominated In addition, Yoon So-hee and Park Kang-hyun were ranked 11th and 8th, respectively.
