The sister of Korean rookie actress Lee Yubi of “Kang Chi, the Beginning” is set to try her hand at acting as well.
Lee Yubi’s younger sister Lee Dain has signed a management deal with Korean talent agency KEYEAST, home of Hallyu stars Bae Yong-joon, Kim Hyun-joong, Kim Soo-hyun and Lee Hyun-woo.
“We recently inked the deal with Lee Dain. She is still readying for her acting debut and her first project has not been set yet,” an official with KEYEAST said during a brief phone interview with TenAsia on Friday.
Lee Yubi’s career is managed by agency Sidus HQ and her mother and veteran actress Kyun Mee-ree’s by Winners Media Entertainment.
Lee Yubi, who first appeared in TV sitcom “Vampire Idol” in 2011, came into the limelight taking on Song Joong-ki’s younger sister role Choco in KBS’s hit drama “The Innocent Man” last year.
