A special reality show documenting Korean idol group Super Junior on tour in South America will go on air starting today.
Through a press release today, cable channel MBC Music said it will broadcast a reality show titled “Super Show 5″ for six weeks, showing the boys’ on the South America leg of their world tour also named “Super Show 5.”
Super Junior held concerts in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru across a period of 12 days in late April.
The program will feature many aspects of the boys’ experience including their 56-hour flight, backstage and self-shot scenes, and them visiting tourist spots in Argentina and Chile, the statement explained.
Member Kangin, taking part in Super Junior’s world tour for the first time since their second global tour, will serve as the narrator for the show, the statement added.
Super Junior’s ongoing world tour kicked off in Seoul in late March and the boys most recently returned from the Indonesia leg of the tour.
